The following are unaware habits of people that make them fat. See this and identify if you’re doing the same habits that makes you fat.

1. Wake-up and Go Back to Sleep Again How often do you do this in the morning is equivalent to every 1 additional calorie

2. Go for brunch Skipping breakfast is not good. Researchers said that forgoing the first meal of the day actually tricks your brain into thinking you want higher-calorie foods — foods that can make you fat, or at least increase your risk for weight gain.

3. Eating Less, Weigh more It is not helping you to reduce the amount of what you eat, because it’s the metabolism of the body you should help. Study shows that the lesser you eat, makes you so weak, and ends up to doing nothing and tiredness of doing things makes your metabolism slow down

4. Soda Addict Each soda normally has about 120 calories in it.1 soda a day = 3,600 calories a month. 3500 calories = 1 pound of fat / month.1 pound / month = 12 pounds / year

5. Fried Foods Lover Everyone already knows that fried foods are not good, but people still eat them more than ever. This can only mean one thing – people just do not want to lose weight hard enough. All fried food is very low in nutritional value and very high in fats

6. Stress One recent study found that more than 56% of stressed-out adolescents were obese, versus 47% of the less-stressed. Previous research has identified a biological switch in mice that makes the body accumulate fat. Significantly, mice that were eating a healthy diet did not put on weight, even when stressed; those eating high-fat, high-sugar diets, however, were much more likely to gain weight when stressed.

7. Lack of Sleep With a sleep deficit we metabolized lean muscles and not fat

8. Blogging A new study published in the Journal of Medical Internet Research finds that people who spend more time in front of computers have a higher obesity risk, even if they think they get enough exercise during the week.

9. Thinking too much Incoming exams, worries, reviewing and other stuff which makes you perform mental tasks stimulates the appetite so much that people tend to eat significantly more calories.

10. Uncomfortable Clothes Constricting suits, skirts and heels makes your move limited, makes you hate and tire of doing work. Study shows that doing simple task and activities can burn you calories.

    Well, I believe that I did at least 8 out of the 10 listed. And I believe that I am still doing at least 5 out of the 10 listed.

    Things always unexpected on the day that I am not working. When I woke up too early, I will tend to sleep back and wake up after a long time. This will lead to skip breakfast, and will make me feeling guilty and decided to not to have my lunch. I will feel tired for the whole day, and eat huge amount of food during dinner.

    Guess I should change this bad habit and find something healthy to do during weekend.

    Well, I can say that out of the 10 listed, I did at least 8 of them or still doing at least 5 of them. Lol. It’s hard to leave it when sometimes you did it without even realizing it.

    Sometimes when I woke up too early, I will tend to sleep back for a long time before waking up again. Sometimes when I woke up late, I didn’t have any breakfast. Feeling guilty I will tend to not to eat lunch as well. >.< When it's time for dinner, I'll eat like nobody's business.
