		<description>Well, I believe that I did at least 8 out of the 10 listed. And I believe that I am still doing at least 5 out of the 10 listed. 

Things always unexpected on the day that I am not working. When I woke up too early, I will tend to sleep back and wake up after a long time. This will lead to skip breakfast, and will make me feeling guilty and decided to not to have my lunch. I will feel tired for the whole day, and eat huge amount of food during dinner.

Guess I should change this bad habit and find something healthy to do during weekend.</description>
