Know what guys if you are new to T-Shirt Printing? In first glance, you may notice that it seems so complicated, and it is a little overwhelming, but once you understand the basics, you find out that it is actually very easy. If you making your custom t-shirt printing make sure you put a quality t-shirt printing in this process you can use any kind of t-shirt printing, the first one was a t-shirt screen printing and digital t-shirt printing, in digital t-shirt printing you use t-shirt printing machine. With the heat transfer process, ink is transferred on a carrier paper to the t-shirt. When heat and pressure is applied to the carrier paper, the ink is transferred onto the t-shirt. A common way that this is done is by applying an iron to the carrier paper for a period of time until the ink appears on the shirt, not like in t-shirt screen printing you use a screen is made of a piece of finely woven fabric (or in other words a t-shirt) stretched over a frame of aluminum or wood.
Some areas of the screen are covered with a non-permeable material to form a stencil, which is a negative of the image to be operator meaning that the open spaces are where the ink will actually show up. The operator begins with the fill bar at the end of the screen and behind a reservoir of ink. The printer then lifts the screen to prevent contact with the t-shirt and then using a downward force pulls the fill bar to the front of the screen. This effectively fills the mesh openings with ink and moves the ink reservoir to the front of the screen. The operator then uses a squeegee to move the mesh down to the t-shirt and pushes the squeegee to the rear of the screen. The ink that is in the mesh opening is transferred by capillary action to the t-shirt in a controlled way. As the squeegee moves toward the rear of the screen the tension of the mesh pulls the mesh up away from the t-shirt leaving the ink upon the t-shirt’s surface. This overview provides a basic understanding of how our products fit into the screen printing process. With this same screen printing technique, you can produce thousands of different types of custom imprinted garments and promotional products.
These are the most popular techniques. Other techniques are still used by small to medium printers around the world.
Create your Design
Using your personal computer and laser or ink-jet printer you can create design in t-shirt, packed Clip-Art and popular design programs let you create designs without an artistic background. Make a Film Positive by printing each color of the design onto a piece of t-shirt transfer paper. Use some kind of software like Adobe Photoshop If you are master in that software but if you want a unique one use the MS Paint, well it looks like that the design looks like artistic, you can use your picture image of yours and put some design on it then print it
Selecting a T-Shirt Transfer Paper
In this part you now choose the best t-shirt transfer paper for you don’t use the cheap one if you don’t want your print to be sucks like, using a best transfer paper make your print out in good quality.
Printing Your Design
To transfer your design into the t-shirt you must print it first weather you use inkjet or laser printers be sure that you use a t-shirt transfer paper for that and set the setting of the printer into t-shirt transfer paper so that you won’t make a wrong printing, saving is always the best. Always make 1 try for that don’t worry it make some error in printing or designing remember you don’t need to perfect it that was an art…hehe
Preparing your T-shirt
Selecting the best t-shirt was a best way to make your prints cool and last, always prepare a light color t-shirt and print with high fully colored design or dark color and use a light design, well it is up to you how to select the best t-shirts you want, give yourself to try any t-shirt just always remember guys choose the best for better prints.
Heating the Press Machine
Well this is expensive one this machine will press the transfer paper and heated for just a minute or even only just for a second just to transfer the design to your t-shirt, be sure that this machine reach its maximum heat to ensure that when it press your transfer paper to your shirt it is totally transfer the design, well if you don’t have a Heating Press Machine you can use your flat iron it is up to you on how you will use your flat iron to transfer your design don’t worry it is okay, it will transfer your print just like the press machine but it takes a bit longer because flat iron doesn’t have the same heat level like press machine.
Displaying you Print
Once you are finish to press your design using machine or flat iron don’t fold the t-shirt immediately put the t-shirt on the t-shirt hanger so that the t-shirt makes cool after that you may now sell it if you want to earn money by that.
