Why Ampatuan is the suspect? Is he guilty?

Basically, Maguindanao massacre or Ampatuan’s massacre happened in the Ampatuan’s town. There was also a backhole located in the immediate vicinity of the carnage at Ampatuan town. It was obviously prepared for the mass graves of the victims including the vehicles so that the plan of massacre will be smooth and clean. The second reason is the candidacy of Mangundadatu in the incoming gubernatorial election which is the national election for 2010. Big and more than enough reason why they shot to death all those people including journalists and relatives of Mangundadatu because those were they political rivals. That group was supposed to go in Shariff Aguak for the filing of certificate of candidacy on Toto Mangundadatu’s behalf but failed to do so. Another reason why ampatuan is guilty is the call or text message received by Toto Mangundadatu from his wife saying that around 100 armed men abducted them supposedly Ampatuan clan. Fourth funniest reason is the news I’ve heard that Ampatuan cannot sleep in the jail because his afraid of ghost. These are all clear evidence that Ampatuan is the mastermind for Maguindanao Massacre which is known as the clan that is greedy for power.
